351. Contributed by chewinggum:

Here are a couple of supremely inconsiderate idiots. Parked along a busy road at peak hours, blocking traffic from using the filter lane, causing an obstruction and massive jam. They think that leaving the hazard lights on whilst they go about their business excuses their idiocy. A traffic cop should give them a note to teach them otherwise. Too bad the car in front was not identified... at least we got the idiot Tuscany.

I think you are missing some words in the post here. It was stated that the drivers parked their cars, leave the "hazard lights on whilst they go about their business". The drivers were not in the cars.

they're not parked there. There are no visible signs of hazard lights. those are brake lights, right? more like just waiting to turn at the junction.

Ya.. the brake light is on. The driver's in the car or its just waiting for the lightst to turn green. Pls dun anyhow post pics. Look before you upload parking idiot.

It's the brake light.

This photo is not qualified to be here. Please do not accuse the driver just because he/her car is nicer than yours.

i did not see any hazard lights. btw, brake light is on, thus driver is in the car.

Tthe 3rd brake light is lit, thus driver is in the car depressing the brake pedal. This is not a case of parking per say, even if the hazard light is on. If you buay song the guy, just bloody horn him to get way of the way. Simple as that.

the driver of the hyundai isn't committing an offence, double yellow line does permit stopping and alighting, but dosen't permit any parking, so horn at him if you like.
