This is an Idiot in a black Sunny, who not only parked in a disabled lot, he also was a road bully - in that he tailgated another driver all the way up to the 8th floor of a shopping mall MSCP, even when the other driver tried to give way and let this jerk pass. This kind of hooligan should be wheel clamped... permanently.

    huh?michael dun understand u tryin 2 say.. anyway i hate drivers who tailgate..if i was e driver being tailgated..i would haf stop rite in e middle of those MSCP slopes!hand brake up n wait 4 e fellow 2 step out den i drive off!!let me kanna horn by other ppl!haha..

    Yes I did... I went one side, hazard light on and he also waited behind(which I didn't get it!) me... when I moved on, he followed me!!! Stalker! When I eventuall found a lot and parked, he swerved in angrily into the handicapped lot and came out of car with a damn long face and glaring us in the car... PSYCHO!

    alamak ... you could have just gone to the Information or Security Counter and have them wheel clamp the joker. I can understand if this was a HBD MSCP but at a shopping mall, it is the easiest problem.
