What the...!!? Here's an SUV who's put the 4WD to good use to mount a kerb. So this nutcase thinks it's ok to park 2 wheels on double yellow lines, and the other 2 wheels on the pavement - all just inches away from a yellow box, whilst blocking the road and junction. The TP should just come and show him the error of his thoughts! What an idiot!
