This idiot driver is not only foolish, he's confused as well. Notice the Toyota brand mudflaps at the rear wheels of his Suzuki car. Perhaps this idiot thinks this is the beach instead of a carpark. Someone take away his carkeys and give him a bike's padlock key - it would not make a difference.
