Another idiot driver who's challenged by claustrophobia of parking within a lot. Or perhaps, he he's afraid of the dark and wanted to park nearer the streetlight. Whichever case, this one is a moron for blocking the road and not parking properly.

    I think his car is used to sleeping with the lights on..never know whether got a boogieman lurking around the shadows...
