This inconsiderate idiot took up 2 lots to park his compact car - and prevented the contributor, who needed to make a delivery, from parking there. The contributor was able to "summon" teh moron with a PI flyer! Hope this jerk learns a lesson: please be considerate or you'll get embarrased on the internet - new car or not!
