This moron is parked illegally, and blocking a whole lane during a busy period. Totally deserves to be fined by the traffic police. What, does he think he can park anywhere just because his car is new? Jerk!

    if the driver is in the car, it should not be taken as "Parking", but just waiting.
    if contributor take photo ffrom the front and driver see, then how? surely driver will come out and ask "why take photo", then argue. worse if kena hantam.
