What the .... !! The ultimate Parking Idiot - Sotong First Class. Parallel parking across 2 vertical lots, and still on the road. I trust it must have been for a quickie. But, would it have been so difficult to at least parked head in vertically, even for a short wait?? Just leaving the car in the middle of the road is so inconsiderate and a road hazard.
