Relatively new car, and an off-peak plate at that - driver must be a newbie - should go back to primary school, instead of uni. What an idiot!

Firstly, i salute the Ciic car who parked close on the PI right, blocking the PI driver door.
This parking lots actually come with 2 additional lines (2 thinner lines within the lot. This is supposed to guide the driver to park within the inner line, thereby do not be a parking idiot,. The SGF crossed the inner line and also the Main bold line. Only an idiot can do that.
This PI SGF could be suffering from severe myopic problem, missing two lines.
the authorities should raise the line tile slab by 1 inch acting as a braille effect for such drivers to touch to feel the lines.
I stressed that i do not intend to insult blind people. I emphatised with them. But those people who act blind are the culprits.

Please people, I have two simple statements to make.
First of all, I don't know much about Singapore, but I do know that bad parking is an international phenomenon. Observing complete idiots parking badly is something that everyday people all over the world have to deal with. With that being said, I find it difficult to take seriously any negative comments that I see on this site. Who ever is running this site deserves congratulation for their diligence and persistence. When people refuse to abide by the *simple* rules that we, as a society, have established, they deserve to be publicly humiliated. Anyone who leaves negative comments here is defiantly someone who has been humiliated by PI in the past. Well, perhaps there are people here who leave negative comments because they have been humiliated at work, or in social life, or in the bedroom. However, since it would be impossible to differentiate people here who park badly from people here who are inadequate in bed, I will just assume that all negative comments here come from the former case. In either case, those who chose to leave negative comments here should seriously consider their motives; upon close inspection I think you will find that the reason you are irritated is because of your own shortcomings, and not that you have been publicly humiliated. (For those that don’t read English well, I said that the reason you are leaving nasty messages here is because you are ashamed of your sex life, not because you got caught parking like an idiot)
Secondly, It bores me to see so much chatter about who can speak or read or write the best English. As someone who speaks, reads, and writes English very well, I can tell you that none of you are doing an excellent job. Well, actually, I must confess that a couple of you do write good English. Notably, I would say that the best written English on any of the comments that I have read undoubtedly belongs to “subutex.” (Anyone commenting about errors in subutex’s English has nothing else to comment about, and is incapable of articulating as well as subutex) Correct me if I am wrong, but that leaves the score as: 'Parking Idiots blog' - 1 'People who have been shamed by parking idiots blog' – 0. (for those that don’t read English well, I just said that the ones running this blog speak better English than anyone leaving negative comments)
In conclusion, I implore anyone who has been shamed by PI to respond to this post with a counter-statement that is worthwhile. For those that don’t read English well, let me rephrase the former statement. “Say something that isn’t completely stupid you dumb-ass incompetent drivers.” In other words, “Say something that isn’t changing topics, that isn’t defending the rights of idiots, and that isn’t logically unfounded.” Thanks again PI blog for adding something decent and honest to the internet!!
P.S. I can’t wait for the first idiot to reply to this post in broken, incomprehensible English. C’mon, let’s see how dumb you really are!!!

I am a proponent of this site. I must say that poor parking irritates the hell out of us but honestly, this IS Singapore. We have our very own culture and manner of speaking. We call it Singlish.
We try not to pick on other's grammar, but sometimes when the morons choose to have their say but do it poorly with an act of arrogance, we hit below the belt.
Having said that, I take offence against ur judging of our standard of English.

The idiot is the one whom is driving the Honda not the red plate Nissan. Reason - Drivers will never park in such a way that he can't get out of the car while the Honda still have ample space for the driver to alight. Best guess is that the Honda due to it's size and the smallness of the gap for him to park, he have no choice but to park very close to the red plate.

I was slightly surprised when I saw that someone had signed my name to that petition. If union is so desperate for signatures, why doesn’t he start acting like an adult instead of forging names on his petition?

I’ve seen my name being mentioned. I don’t realize that my statements do have impact on many. You’ve made an entry into this Blog on 15th Oct.
There were earlier doubts from the comments exchanges between you and Miss D. After reading the whole statements, I believed that you are one of the proponents.
I’m somewhat embarrassed by the statement u mentioned on my English. We try to write as good English as we can, so others can easily understand. There are some typo errors that arised, due to the speed of typing the words. I’m not really picky on this.
I’ll lookout in that “Petition web” to see if someone has used my nick-name as one signature. If there is, it’s certainly a guise.
On people who took offence of the word "Idiot", I cannot not think of a better word other than "Idiots", to those people who parks selfishly. That’s why this site is called “PI of Singapore. My advice is "don't let others label one as idiots, by simply parking properly".

It was predicted way back in May that this site would be reduced to one where it would be one party calling another party names and condemning each other.
Of the 101 comments on this thread, I counted and found no more than 15 comments actually connected to "discussion" of the parking incident. Of the rest, some are devoted to condemning and some reacting to the "insult" by insulting their english and so on.
To PIS, this site is NOTHING like the original site. The spirit behind the "noble" cause has been lost.
I used to enjoy visiting the site each morning to view new pictures and have spirited discussion and analysis of the possibilities. But not anymore. Why ? Cuz now everyone claims to be an authority on these drivers and pass judgement.
Yes, some drivers are wrong but not all. Not all incidents are black and white. There are always two sides to a coin.
If want to help, BE CONSTRUCTIVE. If want to bitch, maybe you have come to the right place.
Finally, don't be mistaken that the reason I wrote this entry is becuz my car was featured. I do drive and take pride in parking well.

Wow, I didn't realize the word idiot would incite so much talk. I guess if idiot is such a harsh word and some of these "people" can't handle it maybe a better word should be used, something that's not so harsh.
