This Wish seems to be a borderline idiot. But read the story first: This dumbass drove in against traffic, and head first into a lot, which another driver was already reversing into! If the other driver was not alert - a collision would have occured. The story could have ended amicably if this ninny had realised his error and went to find another lot - but, no!
He just got out of the car, and pretended to fiddle with his phone, until the other driver drove off to find another lot and avoid a scene, and then this scumbag just walked off. Prime selfish idiot! If he loves this carpark lot so much, someone should just clamp all his wheels and chain them to the wall.

Nearing lunch/dinner time is always a big headache when parking at IMM (coz parking is still FREE ); but in a couple of days, parking will be chargable.
Scumbags who fought for places when they are not in 'Q' are quite similar to those who take Ages to vacate their parking lot, these people have a 'cheap thrill mentality' whenever they move out from their parking lot – it's like they are doing you a Great Favour after fiddling in their car for a good 10 to 20 minutes doing nothing!
These ppl should be gunned down. Disgraceful and inconsiderate.
SOLUTION:
Drive in front of the 'Scumbag' and fake an engine breakdown, get out of your car and pretend to call AA, that way it might teach the 'fiddler' to move-on.?

Timid? Smart is the word! Why in the world would anyone approach an irrational person? If u park like an idiot and u rush for lots wif no qualms what-so-ever, u cant be rational right? So, only a fool would rush in where no man should tread. Snap and display would be better. It frustrates u and at the same time it gives u the opportunity to rationalize what others think of u. One person's opinion may not matter to u but when many opinions are displayed, u may see thing differently.
