like i said b4, likley this chap is taking the van as a referrence not the lots.
cause he is an insurance agent or LTA staff.
Anyone can get this info if you know which page of www.lta.gov.sg or www.onemotoring.com.sg to go to. The parking lots look very big. Even though the Sunny is parked off its center. The van doesn't look very squeezed either.

People will have problems parking properly regardless of whether the lots are either too big or too small.
