Look at the back of the parking ticket. under R2 of Chapter 214 "Parking Places Rule" the rule number 13 states "Parking beyond the boundries of a parking lot thereby causing obstruction".
This fine can be issued by parking warden for Parking idiots. dont know how much is the fine. anyway it will be only ONE ticket not 2 tickets fine.
