This idiot biker deserves the wrath of everyone walking by and hampered by his inconsiderate parking. He parked his bike smack in the middle of the pedestrian walkway and blocked the whole path, forcing everyone including those pushing prams and the elderly to step onto a busy and dangerous road. Not just idiotic, but downright illegal - the traffic police should take some stern action. He also blocked a fire hydrant access - should get the fire department to issue him a summons as well. What a moron!
