My word - this is one sick driver. I would encourage the authorities to check this out - looks very much a case of DUI. No sane driver would dream of parking like this. Even a normal parking idiot who may carelessly park out of his lot would not park like this. This one takes the cake, and sure deserves the Parking Idiot of the Day award. I really wonder what's his excuse to park like this.
