Everyone who drives in Singapore must be aware of how difficult it is to get a parking lot at Holland V, especially on festive occasions, weekends or any darn evening! So when someone parks like this - one word springs to mind: RETARD! Only a braindead loser would be so selfish to park like this, especially at a crowded carpark on Christmas day. What an idiot!
