Some may argue this is on the line and excusable. I would say - No! This is a clear example of idiotic parking! Why does he need to park like this? Is it so difficult to park within the lot? There is so much space on the other side. Or, is the Audi A5's side mirrors and reverse gear designed so badly that drivers fail at parking? I think Audi would vehemently deny that. Which leaves only the conclusion that the driver is a genuine Parking Idiot.

I think this one is still forgivable. no excuse for parking like an idiot but still forgivable as he's still in the lot.
