Is it sooooo difficult to park properly? Or spent too much money buying the car, that can't afford the petrol to adjust to park within the lot?

Taken outside Arena Country Club opposite SAFTI MI on 22 March 2006, at about 12:30pm. Car was there at least an hour, and even though the carpark was full, it forced the next lot to remain empty due to this idiot's selfish action.
