This Beemer driver is an idiot on so many counts:
1. Parking on double yellow lines
2. Blocking half the road
3. Blocking biker lots
4. Blocking a right turn
5. And it's not even a sleepy private estate road, it's a busy one way road in the middle of Serangoon Gardens!
