Here's a real idiot being served by the law! This Camry thought he could just park any old how, even to block a driveway! If he could not find a parking lot, and was in a hurry - he only had to park on the double-yellow lines before or after the exit. But he prefered to park in this moronic way, and thereby hindering any other vehicle, especially emergency vehicles from exiting. Looks like he got his just desserts this time.

Thank God for justice. These carpark wardens are usually not around when you want them to be around. But when you don't want them to be around like you didn't tear enough parking coupons, they always come and issue you some unwanted summons.
