Our contributor has done well to go to some effort to capture this Super Idiot's foolish action of just leaving his car in the middle of the road to be an inconvenience, obstruction and road hazard to everyone else. This Sotong Class Idiot could have just parked in the MSCP (and it was free parking on Labour Day) - but he chose to be called a moron by risking a fine and the wrath of all by committing this stupidity.

There's an ass who parks likewise at my place. But i can't nail him becos his car is right outside his unit. He stays on the 1st floor. Can only call HDB Parking Enforcement, which takes donkey time to respond, to deal with him ;p
I think the creator of this web site is someone works for gorvernment, this is 1 of the method gorvernment now use to earn civilian money i think. I saw all of his photo and some were being fine quite alot of money from parking.
People pls stop sending pics and stop gorvernment from squeezing out our money in this way! We already have alot of carpark summoners URA, HDB,TP... Dont send in any more pics! summoners will just visit this site and write down the vehicle number and send a summon! STOP THIS people! You won't want to be the next victims..
why fear if u always park properly? only ppl who are guilty of such offences will say such tings...
i'd rather they go summon many-many idiot parkers than raise the GST or whatnots.
LOL, well, if they want to park that way, be prepared to be fined that way!
This guy is still doing the same thing very frequently.
It is dangerous for the pedestrians as you may noticed there is some kind of zebra crossing connecting the block to the MSCP (just in front of the 2248). It may caught the pedestrians by surprise, as the cars are now coming from both left and right side, instead of right side only.
