Here's an idiot who's unable to park properly; probably can't drive either... This photo was taken at the Registrar of Marriages; maybe the guy was tying the knot then. The girl should reconsider marrying a nut like this... if he can't even park, what "else" may he be lousy at?? Ha! ha!

I don't know why people are saying its ok to park like that since he/she is going there for ROM.
What if you are the 1 going for ROM. The whole carpark is full and the only slot left is blocked by a parking idiot like this. Yes, he got his happiness, but what about yours?
Then put it this way. If my wedding dinner is at a hotel along orchard rd, does that means I can anyhow park my car in the middle of Orchard rd? Its a happiness event mah.
ROM is no excuse to park improperly lor. Maybe if someone pass away then excuseble. But also don go overboard.

Whether birthday, marriage or funeral, there is no reason to take up two space PERIOD. If marginally near the line or a little crooked, maybe but NO NO NO to taking two spaces.
