Here is a despicable idiot. Lest those of you who think this was an emergency stop or for a delivery, this truck was parked like this for quite a while. The contributor had had his dinner, and returned to the carpark, and the truck was still there. So...to pity or to summon? Just a selfish idiot - no doubt.

u neber called the hdb carpark? they will send out the officer to check and fine any parking offender ... only take them 20 mins to reach ...
