This one is really funny! They are not cars, but still parking idiots all the same. Ha! Ha! Here's some photo evidence for the authorities who put up the sign to take some action. Seems that it has been happening for over a year - the signpost is actually assisting the bikers to illegally park and lock their rides! I guess the inconvenienced people are not other drivers, but pedestrians and commuters.

This is not as bad as those idiots who chained their bicycles on the rails that accompanied ramps for those on wheelchair. Those really makes my blood boiled.
this deserved the most hilarious parking award!!! the 1st person to park must be duno how to read, the 2nd one is a monkey; monkey see monker do; the third one must be a complete idiot!!! i wonder if there's going to be a fourth one...
