We do have such stupid drivers using such parking lots as though it belongs to their father. A mere parking fine will never teach them a lesson as they are cash rich. Such inconsiderate drivers are really a pain in the neck brother. Proposal : Such offence should carry a penalty of 12 points.
SGH seems to have its own team of parking wardens... i went to one of the carparks behind the ministry of healh building - only public one without eletronic parking gantry... and there seemed to be wardens there all the time.
Its difficult to get lots at SGH at times and you get agitated when you can't find a lot cos you urgently want to see your love ones. If he's not causing any serious inconvienece to anyone, then fine. Leave it to the authorities. You all obviously have never been through this. This contributor obviously don't have a heart , he/she is must be there for fun (gOtChA!!!) or some cheap staff lunch. Look! The car's already got a ticket! Let it rest will ya?!
