355. Contributed by Raizin:Here's an idiot Volvo driver. He left his car parked at a No Parking zone, inconsiderately blocking the exit to a set of motorcycle lots - trapping the bikers, whilst this idiot coolly went about doing his shopping. Someone should tow him away.
