Normally I would consider such parking as borderline idiocy, and not post them. But this idiot has parked like this next to a lot that is beside a wall. Such "next-to-wall" lots are difficult to park in, in any case, without idiots like this making it worse. Seems that 2 other cars tried to park there, but had to give up and find other lots, due to this moron's selfishness.
