141. Contributed by CM:

Yet another Lexus idiot. Ok, I understand this carpark was designed in the horse and carriage days before big cars became common in Singapore, and therefore the lots are small - but this is ridiculous. Shows pure laziness on the Lexus driver's part in not making any effort to park properly at all.

Taken at Shaw Centre (Lido) Carpark on 16 April 2006 at about 6:15pm.

ES300 body extremely itchy. In bad, desperate need of some good denting cum scratching ;p

the merc on the side did not leave much for the lexus either.. 1.5 idiots in this case...

I guess u cant really blame the lexus as well...any closer to the merc and they cant opened their doors. Blame it more on the small lots....

I dun think that this ES300 did anything wrong. The car on its right is parked so close to the line and there is no lots for cars or bikes on the ES300's left.

Its a corner lot. i don't see anything wrong. If i park any closer, i would have problems exiting as the car beside is too near.

Its the fault of the carpark design... I park my small kia rio also got prob... but then again, he could have gone to look for those bigger lots...

i oso agree dat dis lexus is not at fault la.. it is probably bcuz of the Merc on his right.. e lexus did not cause any inconvenience to anyone...
just my 2 cents worth~

I dun tink Lexus did anything wrong. Theres no obstruction on other side? Prob juz wanted to giove more space to both the car beside and his.

Let's not be too trigger happy coz we'll start looking damn anal.

Might as well issue official Parking Idiots set sequare to measure.

I guess its not the fault of the Lexus, anyway the left wall has got nothing, but extra space, so why not get a wider space.

was just at shaw last night. seriously, the parking lots are too small for the bigger cars. can't blame the lexus to be fair.

why risk your car dented by some inconsiderate ppl when you can park your car at a safe distance and yet does not inconvient others.

shaw tower carpark is really small. i went once and the security guard actually ask me to park two lots himself....

Actually, i think such parking should not be classified here. Unless really extreme case, then we can contribute. This one is still ok.

I am in agreement that this post should be taken out as by doing that he is giving the other cars more space. Since it is a corner lot... I think Shaw Centre should have just drawn that lot bigger.... since there is wasted space....

Be surprised that this lexus may well have a very diligent owner. He well understand the parking idiots and chose to use the breathing space on his left. This is probably deliberate.

Give this one a break. He is not blocking anybody, empty space to his left. Maybe the real culprit is the guy next to him.

the lots are so small tat the car on the left is probably a few inches away from the wall or the next car(cant be seen in pic). many ppl with big cars just take up 2 lots or else it's impossible to exit their cars.

Let me clarify.

The Lexus was there before the Merc and to the left of the Lexus (the wall side) is actually a lot!

However, with the Lexus parked like that even the smallest car can't be parked there.
