Another idiot driver who's challenged by claustrophobia of parking within a lot. Or perhaps, he he's afraid of the dark and wanted to park nearer the streetlight. Whichever case, this one is a moron for blocking the road and not parking properly.

yup, the driver probably got night blindness...
I think his car is used to sleeping with the lights on..never know whether got a boogieman lurking around the shadows...
hope u compiled a database list for your chart so u can track whether a particular vehicle is a repeat "star guest" on your site. :D
must keep a look out here before buying second hand car.. or else later kana blacklisted also dunno...
