A rich and selfish idiot - being a foreigner does not excuse idiocy. This moron is obviously mentally challenged not to realise that parking on a disability parking space without a valid label is wrong.

This must be a rich hotel guest with no concern for the disabled. This photo was taken 1 day before the previous one, and the car had not been moved. So either the guy really is disabled without a valid label - or simply a rich lout.
