This has got to be the idiot of the week - how can anyone park so slanted even if they were driving half asleep. What kind of weirdo can park like this and just leave the car? There is no redemption for this moron except to scrap the car.

All the cars slanted not only 1...
Is this guy who won the 1st prize in the 4-D draw on Sat 19th aug? He won the lottery 5 times in a row. One of them was this number.
