This is a weird scenario. Looks like a busy carpark with lots of parking idiots around. But the main attraction is the Idiot Parker of the Hyundai Accident who, instead of parking in the lot beside it, for some strange idiotic reason, just chucks his car in the middle of the driveway and leaves. Sotong Class 1A idiot.

if it's at alexandra, i think it's because alot of cars do that when the carparks are full.
