Here is a lazy sales/tech. There are a few available lots around - but he prefers to be an idiot and park smack on the road, and give a hard time to other drivers. He thinks that the carpark attendant will call him on a walkie-talkie to warn him before giving a summons. What an idiot!

Very Common Sight at that carpark. Been there nearly every week, seen that kind of parking quite a lot of times loh!
