132. Contributed by YHL:

This idiot in a Toyota sports car not only does not know how to park straight, he also is doubly idiotic to occupy a disabled lot. This type of clowns are probably mentally disabled.

Taken at Blk 91 Bedok North Street 4 on 15 April 2006.

This driver is definitely "mentally disabled". Those physically normal people parking their cars in those lots reserved for the handicapped or disabled simply shows that they're just damn inconsiderate!!!

maybe he is half disabled..so don't know which lot to park

What if he were really disabled himself? Have you seen the driver?

in case anyone is wondering how to tell if a vehicle is allowed to park in the handicapped lot, please see the link below:

http://www.aas.com.sg/services/disabled.htm

if you find any vehicle without the valid label, you can safely assumed that the dirver is mentally handicapped...

I think that's a celica (silly car)

dear sharlet, you'll be surprised at how well a really disabled driver actually parks. It's only mentally challenged morons like the one in the picture who have problems parking.

maybe sexually disabled.. currently got no allocated parking lots for these pple.. so they have to resort to this... muahahaha

Artistically designed cars must be parked artistically.

Artistically designed cars must also be scratched artistically.

Indeed, handicapped drivers can park much better than this ;) Maybe this Celica driver was desperate to get some tree shade so that his car doesn't get too hot inside ;p

one word.. SELFISH

I assume this silly car or rather celica just wanna take some shade based on the pic. It's really a shame!

I think sfx cleared up my doubts. Thanks! The reason I ask is because someone who lives in my estate always drives his wife who is wheelchair-bound around. He parks in the disabled lot but there is no sticker on the car. So, can people who permanently ferry those in wheelchairs around park in disabled lots too? Should they?

u is welcome ... i will not try to sound unsympathetic ... in this lion city, u want to own a car, u would need to get a coe ... same, u want to park in the handicapped lot because of handicapped relatives or friends, u would need to get a permit too ... else there will be abuse by others ... if you do not have label, what i think i reasonable is to use the lot for "loading/unloading" and drive off to park elsewhere as soon as possible ... instead of 20 hours later ...

but sometime i try to give people the benefit of doubt ... that people who needs to use the handicapped lot do not know that they need to apply for the valid label ... but bear in mind ... it could be a $400 ignorance ... and in lion city ... ignorance is not an acceptable reason ... that is why HDB has started putting up signage all handicapped lots ...

As a matter of fact, this car HAS a Disabled Label. Either the driver or one of his/her family member is. How do I know? Check out MSCP Blk 142A in Sengkang. This bugger lives around here. Still, it's not excuse to park like a Parking Idiot even if one is entitled to park in a Handicapped lot.

1) people who simply assume handicap people cannot be driving a celica exibits signs of being mentally retarded. 2) people who assume all hadicap pple can park like pros are idoits themself. 3) people who think Toyota actually produced the Celica for the mentally retarded ARE mentally retarded. Seek help immediately!
