Another idiot challenged by a parking lot, and losing badly. Such a small car, one would think any idiot could park properly - but not this idiot. He prefers to be an inconsiderate jerk and leave the car occupying 2 lots.

Red plate off-peak car. Maybe this Getz driver seldom drives and thus has both stinky driving and parking skills. Still no excuse. Just needs more time and effort to park properly.
The light blue car parked is parked too far to its right. Maybe it also occupied 2 lots.
If there is a car on the other side (of the dark blue car)which also parked too much to its right, then you cannot blame the driver of this dark blue car.
Is that small little white piece of thing on the bonnet a parking idiot coupon?
I don't think so, I think its the reflection of the light from the ceiling.
I wonder why the picture is panned to the left and not centered. It'd be rather biased to blame him if we cannot get the full picture.
